The District Sales Manager is responsible for driving market share through the maximization of market penetration of Astra Tech products (medical catheters) within the Urology organization (LoFric) within their specific designated territory.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Apply knowledge of product features and benefits to effectively promote the utilization of LoFric
- Maintain and grow current and future customers
- Analyze and plan, utilizing territory sales reports to optimize and ensure product retention
- Execute new and ongoing sales and marketing campaigns within district
- Maintain daily call frequency set by management
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of field sales experience to include medical device, preferably in Urology sales
- Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Intermediate computer and database application skills
- Ability to create and conduct sales presentations
- Valid driver license and driving record with MVR policy guidelines.
